I came to Sun City to prepare my father's home for sale and decided to see about buying a vacation property while I was here. Brian only showed me homes that met the criteria I had established when I contacted his office. I only needed half a day of looking and made an offer on the one I liked best. He is very giving of his time and has many contacts who can help you accomplish what you need after the sale. Our relationship started as a realtor/ client but ended as friends.
